NeuroHome Clinical

Clinical Intensive is NeuroHome’s highest level of virtual care: an eight-week, one-to-one program delivered by a licensed physical therapist with physician oversight of the medical side.

The program begins with a comprehensive clinical evaluation. Your physical therapist independently assesses your child, establishes the plan of care, teaches the family how to use the home equipment, and adjusts the program as your child responds.

The first two weeks include daily 90-minute sessions focused on evaluation, onboarding, equipment use, movement, sensory-motor work, and establishing the home routine. Weeks three through eight continue with daily 60-minute sessions. Families receive forty one-to-one sessions in total, representing forty-five hours of licensed clinical care with the same physical therapist throughout the program.

The physician manages the medical component, including medical review, laboratory testing, interpretation of the stool panel, supplement selection, and identification of medical contraindications or other factors that may need to be addressed alongside therapy.

Progress is tracked throughout the eight weeks, with formal assessments at baseline, week four, and week eight, along with engagement data from the NeuroSage Hub. The plan is not static. Clinical findings, progress, tolerance, and laboratory information can all inform how the program evolves over the course of care.

The program concludes with written clinical documentation and a structured home plan designed to help the family continue the work after the intensive ends.
